Assist with installing, testing, and ensuring proper connectivity of essential fire alarm hardware to software applications in commercial and industrial networks.

IT Systems Administrator

Assist in maintaining the reliable operation of computer systems and servers. Duties may include new setups, updates and general maintenance.

Information and Document Management

Assist with the overall operations of the documentation department of an organization. Duties include supporting documentation projects by developing standardized documentation tools and methods; scanning, tagging and filing documents.

Help Desk Technician

Provide technical support and assistance, whether on the phone, in person, or remotely, related to computer systems, hardware, and software.

Digital Design

Assist in creating designs using illustration, photo editing, and layout software. Select color, images, typography, and layout for communication materials, including websites, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and social media posts.

SharePoint Automation

Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve SharePoint, a Microsoft file storage and communications system. Interns may assist with training, system performance, functionality and business use.

Security Analyst

Assist with installing, managing and updating software on the systems and networks being monitored. Support maintaining adequate security measures. Analysts may compile ongoing reports about the safety of the networks they work on.
