Learn more about supporting CAREERS as a Partner Employer:
Being a part of a program like this, helping students make choices and gain real experience that will effect their entire future, is hugely rewarding. CAREERS has helped us every step of the way, from the application process, to interviews, to applying for funding. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the entire program and I know Century 21 will continue to support this program going forward.
Some company has to put the time, energy and money into training youth, and I think that every company should be doing their part in that.
Our mentors really jump on board. They enjoy the teaching and enjoy the sharing of their knowledge. It sparks that old passion they had when they started. It’s a positive for everyone: For the company, for the students for the schools, and for the entire community really.
The candidates we are seeing from CAREERS are very focused, very determined, to make something of themselves.
