My parents moved to Canada from Chile to provide a better life for me and my siblings. Doing an electrician internship was probably the biggest and best choice I’ve made in my life so far. I want to make my parents proud and hopefully get my journeyman’s ticket by the age of 21. I love what I do. It doesn’t get any better than this
CAREERS opportunities attracts the youth and then we are able to bring those youth to our site to participate in the trade. Our current workforce is made up of a lot of people that have come through the CAREERS program and stayed on long term with Syncrude
