Sprinkler Systems Installer
Sprinkler systems installers fabricate, install, test, maintain, inspect, and repair sprinkler systems in industrial operations, department stores, office buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals, and residences. (Optional Certification)
Plumber
Plumbers plan, install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls. Piping systems may be used to transport water, waste, gases, or hot liquids. (Compulsory Certification)
Gasfitter
Gasfitters size, install, test, adjust and service natural gas and propane equipment ranging from residential furnaces to industrial boilers. Gasfitter – Class A certification is required to work on boilers exceeding 400,000 British Thermal Units (BTUs). Class B certification is required to work on boiler not exceeding 400,000 British Thermal Units (BTUs). (Compulsory Certification)
Boilermaker
Boilermakers build, erect, repair, test and maintain all types of boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels, and perform all types of structural and plate work on dust, air, gas, steam, oil, water and other liquid-tight pressure containers. (Compulsory Certification)
