Business Analyst
Assist businesses in improving processes, products and services through the use of data analysis software.
Coder
Assist with translating the requirement logistics into a machine-understandable code. Test and modify code to ensure it is doing what is required of it.
Computer Programmer
Assist with analyzing and conceptualizing different aspects of any program. Support finding solutions to any problems that may occur do to the process.
Content Editor Assistant
Assist with creating and editing quality content based on the needs of the client to increase engagement.
Corporate Administrator
Support with administrative functions and assist with work regarding daily operations and projects.
Database Administrator
Assist with analyzing and sorting data and information logically within a database.
Digital Design
Assist in creating designs using illustration, photo editing, and layout software. Select color, images, typography, and layout for communication materials, including websites, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and social media posts.
Digital Media Support
Support digital media design and creation both including pdf deisgn, online forms, manuals, white papers, searchable documents and texts, and other similar projects.
Document Control Assistant
Assist with collecting and maintaining all documents in an organized filing system, and maintaining a computer database of filed documentation.
E-Learning Developer
Assist E-Learning Developers to create and deliver e-learning content to support corporate induction and training.
Fire Alarm Technician
Assist with installing, testing, and ensuring proper connectivity of essential fire alarm hardware to software applications in commercial and industrial networks.
Game Architect
Assist with developing video games or other game type applications sometimes known as gamification. Duties may include working on content, idea organization, testing, game documentation, and game mechanics.
Help Desk Technician
Provide technical support and assistance, whether on the phone, in person, or remotely, related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
Information and Document Management
Assist with the overall operations of the documentation department of an organization. Duties include supporting documentation projects by developing standardized documentation tools and methods; scanning, tagging and filing documents.
Inventory Specialist
Assist in handling and organizing online inventory, assisting with fulfilling orders and maintaining a record of stock and products.
IT Analyst
Assist in designing, developing, modifying, and maintaining database management systems to meet specific user needs. Sometimes referred to as a developer, business analysist or database analyst.
IT Support Technician
Assist with providing technical support to computer users and troubleshooting any issues that may occur. Support IT team in maintaining, installing, and monitoring computer systems and programs.
IT Systems Administrator
Assist in maintaining the reliable operation of computer systems and servers. Duties may include new setups, updates and general maintenance.
Junior Software Developer
Assist with designing, developing, modifying and testing software programs meant to advance business processes.
Network Administrator
Assist with the operational support of a company’s network and telecommunications infrastructure.
Project Management Assistant
Assist a Project Manager or team with coordinating and implementing the different aspects of a project with the intent of delivering the project goals within the specific time and budget
Python Developer
Assist with developing server-side logic using Python. Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Quality Assurance Analyst
Support quality assurance (QA) functions and testing to ensure new systems or system upgrades function as needed.
Security Analyst
Assist with installing, managing and updating software on the systems and networks being monitored. Support maintaining adequate security measures. Analysts may compile ongoing reports about the safety of the networks they work on.
SharePoint Automation
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve SharePoint, a Microsoft file storage and communications system. Interns may assist with training, system performance, functionality and business use.
Social Media Coordinator
Assist with the development of marketing initiatives and help in establishing creative ways to attract more customers/clients and promote the brand if applicable.
Systems Analyst
Assist with ensuring the company’s systems and infrastructure are working in the most efficient way possible.
User Experience Designer
