What You Gain By Participating

1. Pre-Vetted Youth Interns: Ready to contribute from day one, having passed rigorous screening.
2. WCB Coverage: Interns can be covered by Alberta Education’s Workers’ Compensation. – I’m not sure if we should include this part since it’s unclear whether it will include HS or U21 applicants.  If we’re leaving it in, it needs to specify that HS students are covered.
3. Safety Training Included: Interns complete high school-accredited safety courses, including: – Similarly to the above, if it proceeds as a U21 event, this may be irrelevant/inaccurate.
